Sitting today in stillness with nature, listening to the heartbeat of the earth, drifting with the clouds and talking to the stone people.

Sat with a little blackbird in my hands after she nearly knocked herself out flying into a window. Didn't know if she was going to make it at first, slowly slowly felt her life force returning, the strength returning to her little body. Life is such a precious beautiful miracle. So grateful and blessed for another day.
