Giving thanks for the blessing of life.

Each day I take my drum into the woods, sing, dance and say prayers of gratitude for the blessing and miracle of life. Breathing with the trees, connecting with the energies of Mother Earth in a celebration of life and sending out love around the world. The birds join in with the sound of the drum and the experience is always one of joy. Open up your heart and breathe love, connect with nature and bring joy to the day, for everyone.

A walk in the meadow

Each day walking in the meadow is a new experience. Today a mass of yellow wildflowers and grasses swaying in the breeze like a mexican wave, the trees now in full summer splendour,the energy vibration of the rustling leaves shimmering and dancing to a tune that sounds like a Native American Indian rattle. Always always so beautiful.

Yesterday, weeding in the rain, soaked to the skin I came to the conclusion that weeding can be a bit of a thankless task at times. Kneeling in a patch of mud, thinking about my mum who was suffering anxiety at a hospital appointment she had yesterday (thankfully all went well and mum is fine) and everyone going through transitional times with this shift, I looked up to see this.. in amongst all the weeds, one single sunflower..

How blessed we are for all the magic that exists if we open our heart eyes to see it. How abundant life truly is, the love of our friends, the magic in a single flower, the miracle that truly is life itself.

Gratefully blessed for all the magic that exists in life, I wish you too a truly magical and blessed day abundantly joyful in every way.

Take some time to commune with nature and do an open eyed meditation with any nearby animal or plant. Relax your body as much as possible, breathe consciously and keep your attention on the life form you are communing with. After a few moments you will notice a sense of the boundaries dissolving a melding of the I and thou. You may even receive messages or impressions as you find yourself in the flow of unspoken communication.

Sunday morning sunshine and blessings

Wishing everyone a beautiful Sunday, filled with sunshine and blessings.

Fish

Drumming in the woods yesterday and having a bit of a dance by the river, a beautiful fish came and spent a while in the shallow waters and we shared a moment.

Went back to the river this morning and there was a whole shoal, about five of them in the same spot, so I gave them some bread and stayed a while watching them. Incredibly blessed for these magical moments that I'm able to share with you.

Each day is a wonder, each moment a blessing. Thank you life.
